"The menu goes in so many directions where you can find some great creations and also pizzas for example. Due to the COVID-19, the place cannot have any energetic atmosphere which is sad because the place has a lot of potential. I would have liked to see on the menu some specialties from Lyon which is the French capital of gastronomy, maybe in the future with the new ownership. The service was great and the nice gesture of the kitchen to offer us the dessert for our anniversary was more than appreciated especially because the donuts balls tasted like the ones we used to eat in the North of France."

"The decoration is beautiful and exterior sitting is beautiful, but the portions are so small. they pay $30 for a flat plate only to have a tint of salmon and that have poured with rice and vegetables. the taste is nothing special."

"Had a great experince here! Arrived later then expected but i arrived to a nice relaxing atmosphere during happy hour. The drinks were phenominal. We had the sparkling sangria which tasted so refreshing and tasy, the chope mule which by far is the best moscow mule drink ive had in the city; which was made with real ginger beer; and appetizers that were at an awesome price and great taste. Our service was awesome and overall the experince was truly wonderful. I highly reccomend the goat cheese dip and the fries! Ill definitely be coming back here again! Thanks again!"

"This is the second time I've been to Pho Express, and was absolutely disgusted with the way the Manager treated me. The first time they didn't take my order correctly, so I was willing to give them a second try. When I was at the restaurant making my order I specifically told the waiter to substitute the beef for chicken he said he would make sure that the cook knows to do this. I told the waiter that this happened to me the first time I came to the restaurant that there was beef in my meal and I got home to find beef, so I didn't want that to happen again. As a hindu I don't eat beef. I called the restaurant and the Manager told me that I need to show him proof that it is beef and he was flipping out on me. He was rude and wasn't even willing to listen to what I had to say. He was blaming the waiter, when its actually the cook's fault because I've had two different waiters say to their cook to substitute chicken for the beef. Also on the take out box it said no beef, sub chicken. I was appalled and frustrated with how the manager handled the situation. He took no responsibility or tried to fix the situation. I know I will not be going here again."

"I appreciate busy service hours and all the factors that contribute to poor service,.and I would not complain unless I really felt it necessary. We made a reservation for 6 of us and we were seated promptly . However our waiter was having a really off shift!. We had to remind him every single time about our drink orders ...every single time!! We mentioned a birthday and asked if cake could be an option after our meal , the cake came before even our long requested drinks and meals did. There were sides missing from our entres and extra sides added to our bill . And I am almost sure each of us had to ask more then three times for to go boxes . It was our one and only displeasure from Earls , ever .. And we frequent Earls often . This surely left a bad taste in our mouths if you will. Hoping for better service and a better experience next time !!"
