This is the second time I've been to Pho Express, and was absolutely disgusted with the way the Manager treated me. The first time they didn't take my order correctly, so I was willing to give them a second try. When I was at the restaurant making my order I specifically told the waiter to substitute the beef for chicken he said he would make sure that the cook knows to do this. I told the waiter that this happened to me the first time I came to the restaurant that there was beef in my meal and I got home to find beef, so I didn't want that to happen again. As a hindu I don't eat beef. I called the restaurant and the Manager told me that I need to show him proof that it is beef and he was flipping out on me. He was rude and wasn't even willing to listen to what I had to say. He was blaming the waiter, when its actually the cook's fault because I've had two different waiters say to their cook to substitute chicken for the beef. Also on the take out box it said no beef, sub chicken. I was appalled and frustrated with how the manager handled the situation. He took no responsibility or tried to fix the situation. I know I will not be going here again.

Went there to try the Pho. Lots of seating, quick & friendly service, not too pricey. Parking can be a bit hard since it's a busy lot. Recommended!

I had the #19, southern Vietnamese Pho, and a spicy tofo appetizer. The service was prompt and I got my order in fast, however the wait for the food was a little long.The tofo took about 15 minutes, I assume to prepare, as it came out hot and tasted fresh. It was excellent. It could be served without the cilantro and it would have been superb. The cilantro threw off the flavour of the tangy spicy sauce. I'd order this appetizer again.The Pho was excellent. Zero complaints with top quality broth, noodles, meats and vegetables. Extra sauces were on each table to increase the sweetness or spice of the soup. It didn't need anything, it was excellent. I now have a new Pho spot, cause when you crave some Pho, it has to be good Pho.

As always very clean ; prompt , tasty and even the boss was at this location in Riverbend Sq. Highly recommend

Very good vietnamese food ; clean friendly service ; family style in small strip Mall in upscale neighborhood. Take out as well as in Dining , open 7 days a week.
