"I love Smokey Bones. The service I get from the bartenders are awesome. Ariel is the best bartender in Hampton Roads. I travel a lot and she surpasses the bartenders in great attitude, smiles, good service and is always kind to customers. Everytime I come back to Chesapeake, this is my place to go."

"This place was amazing. my man is from chicago and the deep plate pizza and other Chicago favorites were great. the prices were surprisingly good. we came from newport news, so we ate in. it looks like people haven't eaten since the pandemic. the objects were stacked on tables and it was a little chaotic. they might have had a personal problem because only a young girl worked the room. we had a big group and we didn't mind. eating came in the time so the kitchen works just well. they have beer. there is a juke box to play their own music so we dropped a $20 and had the place for us. small and nothing imaginative, but eating was great and the bathroom were super clean."

"On our first visit we purchased Bao Bun pork and Bao Bun beef to go. The pork was pork stomach, which has a high fat content. But when got home, we found the pork was almost all fat and we couldn't eat it. We called the restaurant and they refunded our purchase. So we'll give them another try. Sometimes it's not how well you do but rather how well you correct your mistakes. The ordering is done on a tablet, which I understand is efficient. But there's something nice about human interaction when ordering a meal and we missed that."

"We've eaten here a lot, but the last one was terrible. the food took forever to be served, and when we got it, it was cold. I had black curly haare on my burger [more than one]. we asked for additional commands of floorless pommes, they took so long that we ended to pay and ready to go. the pommes came out when we left the door. I asked them to go, but they didn't show up, so we decided that we had wasted enough time waiting and left. they were not busy at the time, looked like maybe 5 or six sitting when we came in. we had two small children with us and sat in the bar, although there were open standings in the back of the restaurant. we will not return to this place."

"On our way to see Tool,we stopped for a few slices and we were not disappointed. Staff welcomed some new faces with delicious pizza. We just went with regular slices, they have so much more than that. Definitely check out ny sal's Pizza."

"The food was delicious! I had the crispy chicken sandwich and my brother had the black and Bleu burger. Ate in the bar area and had an amazing experience with Kevin as our waiter. I will absolutely be coming back here! ? (And the Long Island Iced Tea was perfect I highly recommend it!"

"Dumplings were served quickly after placing the order. We sat inside to dine. Coming from a Taiwanese background the dumplings are ok. They are different from Chinese/Korean/Japanese flavor profiles. The dumplings were well made but the filling was very salty to me. Both steamed veggie and steamed chicken dumplings were very salty. Seasoned with more of a cumin base instead of garlic/scallion/ginger. Not savory. I would say pretty much straight up sodium. However my husband, he is Cuban, he liked the Chili fried dumplings he ordered. Restaurant was clean and the staffs were polite and friendly."
