"Employees in their teens, blaring rap filled with profanities, pick-up area filled with angry customers, and nobody that really cared. Food was OK when we finally got our hot'n ready minutes later. We were just there to try the pretzel crust... not bad but...the service and attitude alone will keep us away. We were almost the third to ask for a refund and walk out. (Bleams Road location)."

"I have been to Pita Factory 3 times over the last 5 years and been unhappy each time. The food is too greasy, the environment is unpleasant, and the employees are either rude or indifferent.For the same or less price, there is the Pita Pit, in the same parking lot as Mel's Diner, just across Phillip St. I have been there probably 10 times in the past year, and the pitas are healthier, tastier, and the employees VERY nice. It makes a huge difference.I'm sad that Pita Factory probably gets more business simply because of better location (Students from UW don't have to cross a street, and it's more visible)."

"Let's start with a drink. "Local Brews on Tap – Ask your Server". No, no local brews. So, I order a Corona. The server comes back, no, we have no corona. I ordered the lobster & shrimp caprese pasta. Ew. Lobster was chewy - rubbery. Watery at the bottom of the bowl. Top texture appeared like it had been sitting - maybe waiting until all 4 entrees were ready. My entrée came with a garden salad. Lettuce + red onion slices + croutons. Is this a joke? My husband ordered maine lobster bake. Again - rubbery and watery. Fresh? I don't think so. Over priced for what you are getting."

"Discovered it today when nearby for something else. Ordered their lunch special. I'd agree that for lunch it's a little pricey (just over $15) but the portion size is substantial -- comes with lots of rice, chick pea curry, naan, samosa, salad and then another entree. I'd be happy if they ditches the samosa, gave an option of rice or naan for a little bit less.Other lunch options look appetizing as well -- excited about trying out the chana bhatura (always a favorite). Flavor wise, I thought the food was well-spiced, not overwhelmingly spicy (I didn't have to reach for the water). I did take out that I ended up eating in...service was fine. Friendly experience, will go back."
