"Stopped in for lunch after a hike last weekend. Shared a plate of onion rings and cheese tortellini. Both we enormous and tasty! Lots of inexpensive drink options even though it was pre-happy hour. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Patio was nice and sunny although it is right by a busy road. This plaice would be a great choice for family dining or anyone with a huge appetite :)"

"My wife and I went to the food court in Woodgrove Mall, Nanaimo a few days ago. We chose the three choices meal from the Manchu Wok. We chose Sweet Sour pork, Salt pepper fish and Honey Garlic chicken accompanied by vegetable fried rice. There was plenty for the two of us. The meal was very tasty and enjoyable and represented excellent value for less than C$ 15. Staff were very helpful. I'll be going there again!"

"Was expecting something great from the reviews, but was not impressed. Had the lamb souvlaki which was undercooked and not much of it for $27 (asked for medium and it was served medium rare). Potatoes were very salty. Was treating a friend who ordered well-done lamb and it was served medium. We both took the least cooked lamb pieces home to cook to our liking. Won’t be back."

"This chan has gone downhill n the last few decades. It use to be good but it now it's very budget tasting pizza. It's okay compared to Pizza Hut, but still not very good."

"Absolutely amazing, surprisingly-affordable breakfast and baked goods! The Benny was delicious and the lox and eggs was incredible. And the Nanaimo bars were the best I've ever had in Nanaimo. Definitely recommend!"

"The food was good had the famous lobster very enjoyable. It was enjoyable that is until I got home, I started to feel very very unwell and didn't sleep that night. If yoy must go avoid the seafood, my friend didnt try it and had no issues. For a restaurant that charged 100 dollars for my bill this is unacceptable"

"They are good at delivering the food in time, that is appreciated. but our first impression with manvirros was terrible. we have eaten shahi paneer for 3 decades and never eaten so unpalatable in our lives. read the reviews online, but many of them were misleading. 16.99$ for such a terrible shahi paneer I would never recommend anyone to order it. the naans were not properly cooked and they charge $39.99 for such a naan! no good experience!"
