"We went during Thanksgiving Day. Lots of folks and super busy. Had a ribeye steak and asked for medium rare. It was so tough to chew. Not sure if I'd go back. It has decent sides though."

"Not the best I've had. I have not ever had a bad experience at Red lobster before and aside the pandemic and mother's day, there's no reason the service should have been so slow and the lobster cold. It was very disappointing for me as I treat myself to seafood only once every year or two. Been to the Schaumburg location a couple times and no problems whatsoever."

"Was not in years, but stayed for dinner for Friday night fish fry. The fish frit was excellent! We also ordered the salmon blossom, fried shrimps and pot roast sandwich. All excellent choices, everyone prepared and served perfectly. Your food quality is excellent. Our waiter was perfect. The fish fry is unlimited on Wed and Friday nights. It was fresh, hot and crispy. They also serve red cream soda! ... that alone will bring me back! It was a nice family dinner in an old place we just forgot about, but definitely again... 5!"

"I order from DoorDash to deliver for lunch and their food is amazing. My favorite is their Thai coffee. The other day I made a mistake on the DoorDash app and I ordered Thai iced tea and set a tie coffee. The Dasher was on their way to pick up my food so I called the restaurant and asked if they can give me tight coffee instead of Thai iced tea and they pretty much said yeah it’s no problem. I love their coffee so much that honestly made my day. I really need to get their coffee recipe. 10/10, 5 stars out of 5 stars, great customer Service, and great people. Thank you!"
