"Try the fried shrimp coated in the Extra hot sauce that is used on the chicken wings, they are amazing. Everything was great but they were a little understaffed and very busy. Lots of outdoor seating and great views."

"We called before and ordered snow scrap, blue crab (spicy and mild), sausage, potatoes, corn and chowder. The food was ready on time. Everything was delicious. Although the spicy crab was good, the heat was enough to insecure the sweet crab a little. The mild was perfect. Our Chowder was obviously freshly prepared, with large pieces of crabs and shrimps. Would definitely return and recommend stopping at Dauphin Island."

"Overall a good place to stop and get some food. It was a little expensive with small portions. The staff was nice too. Our food was brought out for our table at different times, but unlike that it was good."

"Staff was friendly. Food was good. My only criticism is that the bread that comes with the Tacky Shrimp is like days-old play dough. My husband had a po boy and the bread was phenomenal. For the price (and small portion) of the Tacky Shrimp, it really warrants the better po boy bread. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner"

"Stopped into the Dockside Seafood Restaurant upon our arrival to Dauphin Island (late October, 2023) and on our way to the campground. The food was awesome (we both had the shrimp po'boy), the staff was super friendly, and the view was great!Parking: We were able to park our 29 foot motorhome so we could dine-in."

"First of all the view from this place is incredible! The food is delicious and the pool is fun. I love that this place has a pool! You can enjoy going in the water without going to the beach! There is also beach access here too but my mom and I didn't go to the beach today."
