"I'm not going to lie, this place doesn't have the best curb appeal. But it's a hidden gem as far as take out goes. This is my go to place hangover food when I stay at my condo in Parklawn. I would recommend anyone in the mood for Indian takeout to try this place. It is by far the best Indian food I've ever had. The chicken briyani comes with boneless pieces that are so flavorful and juicy, the whole dish is a huge portion, perfect for 2 3 people. The butter chicken is rich with flavor with boneless pieces as well, perfect match with the briyani. I've also tried the samosa chaat from here, it's very good, I would recommend eating this first because it does tend to get soggy if you let it sit for to long. If someone is vegetarian, I would recommend getting the saag paneer it is very creamy spinach. I've also gotten garlic roti I'm not a huge fan of roti but the garlic roti from Maurya made me change my mind about roti. Overall I would say food is incredible. Price wise is much better than many other Indian restaurants. The customer service is ok, the girl that was working there was very patient with me. The parking in that area is kind of weird, not the best, especially if you have a larger vehicle."

"Has always been my favourite place to dine at. Authentic Italian restaurant. Amazing staff, you feel like you are in Italy when you are here. Food is always top tier. I urge more people to come and enjoy the experience!"

"Meeting friends to celebrate a birthday, we convened at Merlot for dinner. Ambience was quiet bistro. Service was excellent, 10/10, well balanced and attentive but never intrusive or poorly timed. Relaxed and unrushed.I started with Fish Soup "St. Tropez" off the menu. Tomato based, hearty and accompanied by crostini and rouille. I opted for one of the specials a bone in veal rib steak. Partner had grilled European sea bass, mild flavoured and perfectly cooked. As good as the veal was I would like to sample the Onglet Steak "a la echalotte", hangar steak with shallots which looked very good. We skipped dessert in favour of birthday cake Merlot exemplifies the bistro dining experience and was excellent in every way. The restaurant is easy to get to and has plentiful parking close by as is the Royal York TTC subway station ."

"I had the lack of food on the fresh rolls Etobicoke. It was the worst photo I ever had. The quality of the meat was substandard. The service was still poorer, and the price was ridiculous for a few extra...broccoli, I will never return and encourage others not to try."

"We went here early for lunch and beat the crowd which was great on Valentine's Day. I had choose 2 items for lunch and my husband had the lunch sized salmon. The food was OK. The service was excellent. Going at lunch is a good way to avoid the crowds and the prices are lower. Other reviewers have commented on the decor being dated but I find it OK. I love fish and seafood so I always enjoy eating here."

"You no longer need to travel to the Danforth to get real authentic Greek food. We ordered Greek salad, Saganaki and Beefteki Opa. Food is always delicious and staff are always very friendly. We have been going to this restaurant for years. I am very...picky when it comes to food and I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant. For dessert, give the Baklava a try, you will not be disappointed!"
