"Palatable food high price, bad management. I ate here for my 3rd and last time today. Their salsa bar attracted me, but their food lacks taste and their kitchen staff is inept. My order has been screwed up everytime i go there, today the cook changed the type of Quesadillias I ordered. Today was the last straw, I had a coupon for a return visit, and was told I couldn't use it inconjunction with the daily special. The special was half price appitizers, and the coupon was 3 dollars off two entrees My bill was 21 dollars for two for lunch, and with three dolalrs off it would have been 18, the manager refused to honor the coupon which doesn't say not good with other offers. "The waiters/ waiters are absolutely ingenious if I only rated this on them, it would be 5 stars all day, but I value that on experience and food that is said, here we go. My husband ordered the sailor's plate, which looked good on the menu, I went with the creation of your own option (unfortunately you don't get what you pay) my husband's meal was definitely lacking in taste enough, so he asked for a few additional cocktail sauces to give it taste and the lobster dick was perhaps a inch to a inch and half long and excessively done. It was very rubbery. My options were to create themselves with a steak, salmon and rice. I asked for a medium-heavy steak and recieved a little closer to a chewing leather, they were very sweet to rotate the steak as she was not sure how to remove it from the bill (literal 1 bite from it, so either way was good with me) The sweet waitress brought me LOTS of lemons with my order that I loved, and the salmon was amazing with the lemons, the portions were extremely small, but that was disappointing to say the least. The potato was good, it is a potato, and the dinks were very watered lemonade. I know that inflation is one thing, and some portions seem to be getting smaller and smaller, but didn't expect much smaller. I would like to say that it may be the economy, and it may be their food brokerage, but honestly, it seems that this location has gone steadily in all directions for a few years. We love to come here, but it just seems the last few times we've been here in recent years, it's just worse and worse. For 2 meals, 2 drinks (lemonade) and 1 appetizer (stuffed mushrooms) it was over $120 not included tip and we did not even order remotely near the most expensive entrées."

"I ordered food from the drive through. They said one entree needed to cook so I waited in the front. They never gave me my food I was missing and the food they gave me was burnt and unedible. I called and the assistant manager named Melissa was not helpful. Don't go here."

"We landed late on Christmas Eve in this restaurant after we turned off in two other restaurants. It was close to the closing time, but this restaurant took us without any questions and no complaints. Eric was our server and never rushed us or made us feel like we was wasting his time. There were five of us. Our food was hot and fresh and absolutely delicious. We'll eat more often here! If it's so great if they don't want to serve, it's likely extraordinary if they do!! Thanks for being so courteous and tasty!"

"For years my family is here and never had a bad experience! They are one of the only sushi restaurants I'm going to. Of course there is sometimes a waiting time or service is slow, but the understanding that they are much in what they do, I put happy waiting every time."

"We do not go out often I took my family out and over paid for some Chinese food posing a Japanese food. I purchased a couple of rolls they were ok not the worst I have ever eaten. Although it is a bit disheartening when I asked how fresh the dish is the young lady said I don't know like two or three days I'm not really sure I also ordered some tempura and a couple of other dishes. They all came with cheap rice. The tempura came with vegetables. However what real Japanese restaurant puts in bel peppers and onions in their tempura. If I wanted onion rings I would go to a burger place. I was very disappointed about the quality of the food especially for the price."

"The first time to brunch at Roosters and it was quite delicious. I had the chicken and waffles and the chicken was amazing! Crispy, pleasant bread, small but juicy. There were two small waffles and one side warm caramel with whipped cream and a wealthy side of fresh fruit. I'd give it 10. But I went with my daughter and SO and they said the last time they got brunch they got a real Belgian waffle (sugar crystals and all) instead of two small (every frozen) waffles, so they were a little disappointed. My daughter had pancakes (three giants), a large side of crisp bacon and fluffy agitator. The coffee said it was Daily Grind, but the first pot was so watery that it didn't even taste coffee. Waitress made a second pot that was better. Service was fast and friendly."
