"I took my daughter here for lunch a few days ago. I'm not 100% sure, but the interior looks almost brand new, with very high-quality furnishings and comfortable booths. Service was excellent, as was the food. Kelsey's periodically changes up the menu, but keeps the perennial favourites. I can still get the peppercorn burger with fries and gravy (very healthy choice) and the loaded nachos with chicken were delicious. Everything was hot. They have hard apple cider on tap. A great place to eat in south-end Peterborough."

"Dropped by on a Saturday afternoon for a drink and a snack.We seated ourselves at a wonderful outdoor patio overlooking the lake. Table was quickly wiped and our server showed up promptly.Drinks ordered and served promptly.Chose some finger foods to share and they came quickly and were all very good. I recommend the Market Basket of Onion Petals and Chipotle Dip! LOTS OF FOOD!We were very impressed at the overall experience and will be back next time we pass by!"

"We were on our way to Buckhorn Lake and were famished! It was mid afternoon and by the time we decided to stop we had passed all of the restaurant going north on the 115. Finally in the distance we see a restaurant and pull over. We all looked at eachother - "A Chinese restaurant in the middle of no where?!?" In we went. Restaurant is dated but very clean. Service was wonderful and friendly, we were made to feel very welcome. We ordered hot and sour soup, egg rolls, sweet and sour chicken balls (not my choice by the way) and beef with broccoli. The food was EXCELLENT! We are now making that our lunch destination when travelling up north. Do not hesitate to give this place a try - the local have it good! I do believe they have a weekend brunch."

"It's becoming pretty hard to find very good Asian food ...most "chinese" resteraunt are poor excuses and this one ranks up there with some of the worst I've visited."

"We went to the Bamboo Restaurant for a family birthday celebration and I could not have been more disappointed. At 6 pm many of the trays had dried out food (actually thought I had a piece of onion but it was an entire water chestnut dried beyond recognition) or the trays were almost empty and it took our entire meal for them to be even partially refilled. As a person who eats primarily vegetables I was disgusted with the greasy options provided. While we appreciated the friendliness and attentivenss of our server, who tried her best to improve our situation, and the complimentary birthday dinner voucher I would not recommend this restaurant. This price is reasonable for the amount of food dishes and desserts available but if you are looking for any healthy, cooked options or tasty food go somewhere else."

"Stopped by and got it to go, had a beer while I was waiting for my food and they served me a free appetizer! The rainbow roll was great but the Peterborough roll is even better!"
