"We ordered and paid for 2 pots of peppermint tea for a total of $9. First we were told there was no peppermint so we could choose from other selections. I said I didn't like any of the others and miraculously peppermint was found. I...asked for a kettle to be boiled rather than using tepid water from the coffee machine. I was told everywhere in the world you use 90 degree water not boiling water to brew tea. Wrong it was tasteless and cold. A couple waiting for coffee had overheard the conversation and told us their coffee was cold and I was right to have asked for boiling water, reinforced when I brewed tea from the same teabags at home using boiling water and it was very good. Why do restaurants believe they know better?"
