"Stayed 2 nights with family whilst attending a wedding nearby, really friendly staff, food for the evening meal we had and both breakfasts was excellent and rooms clean and comfortable. Couldn’t fault it, we had an excellent stay and the manager and team could not have been more helpful and nice"

"We were disappointed that no food was being served apart from our Breakfast on the morning we checked out. The bar was also closed. We had booked our room based on the photos showing the bar, beer garden and views but couldn't actually use those facilities as we were told on arrival the bar and food service is only Saturday and Sunday. We understand circumstances are difficult at the moment due to COVID but you should update your website with current facilities available. We had planned to eat in the restaurant but had to go elsewhere. We ate at the other place we had considered staying and wished we had booked there instead. The bed was comfortable and quirky decor which I liked but you should lower your price to reflect the current reduced available facilities mon to fri."

"Dog friendly and the perfect spot for stopping at after a long walk or using the bike trails around. Yummy bites with a great selection of drinks to go with them. Next door (part of the same complex, I believe) are super clean showers that can be used for a small fee of £1.50. Also perfect for us because we came out in the camper van for a few days of muddy bike fun. Fantastic location."

"We have just returned from the most beautiful weekend in the baron. we were in stiperstones, the magnificent, beautiful luxury garden rooms with large comfortable bed, beautiful walks in the shower, a wonderful coffee machine and best of all a magnificent whirlpool with breathtaking views. all staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, eating was super I especially liked the halloumi burger and top-notch pool to breakfast! we went for beautiful long walks from the hotel and trips out in ludlow and hay. can not talk very enough about this place, nothing was too much annoying, quite perfect. unnecessary to say we have already booked to return! many thanks to phil and all employees!"
