"It's fine. It's a Wendy's, so you gotta just expect that. The fries are usually cold, though. Unlike McDonald's ice cream machine, we've never found their frosty machine out of service, though. Lol."

"This is the closest fast food near my house. Service was quick, consider I went on Saturday lunch hour. I like Wendy's menu. It has a good variety. Food temperature was good but French fries were over salted."

"I came to this place only 3 times, and all three times they have screwed up my order only ground in giving 2 stars is because spiced kartoffels are great, although they gave me cold still good. I ordered 2 speck eier Swiss croissants and medium season kartoffeln they gave me sausages and cold kartoffeln this is the second time I ordered bacon egg and Swiss at this place and the same exactly happened as last time I went there so I will never be back again I will drive the extra 10mins to Bridgeville"

"After around 6 hours of sitting in St Margaret's hospital waiting for my mother to come out of a very serious surgery, i was starved. All i wanted was 3 jr bacons. Would it have been that da*ned hard to NOT play on your phone WHILE making my sandwiches, and using the same glove? Then, while i make my concerns known to the cashier, she looked at me like i just defacated right in front of her, and two other employees smirked at me.I PAID for my cross contaminated food, AND they had the nerve to not remake my food.Beware"

"Ordered a JR bacon cheeseburger combo AND….I got the wrong sandwich! They gave me a junior cheeseburger with onions and mustard which I despise! Then as I was picking off all those NASTY toppings…. Something black in color caught my eye! Upon closer examination I found out it was a hair!!!!! A LONG (atleast 22 inches black strand of HAIR!!!I physically had to PULL it out Bc it was INSIDE and wedged between bun and beef patty!! (Looked like weave hair I googled Wendy’s on ALLEGHENY AVE (north side-Pittsburgh phone number and called… I explained to the manager what had happened and his EXACT response was “ A hair? Well bring it back so I can look at it!”Like are you freaking serious right now? How unprofessional! I called to let them know so it doesn’t happen to someone else (I’m in food service industry and I know how tough it is right now the call was an informative call and I feel as though the person who is running your business (ur manager was rude, unprofessional and condescending! He acted as if I was trying to deceive him over a $2 sandwich!!! Like PLEASE little boy, I have better and more important things to worry about than a fast food meal!!!! Needless to say I will NEVER patronize this store ever again! I’d rather go across the street to McDonalds or Wendy’s!!!!!"

"Came in here about a week ago. No body was in the drive thru. I went inside and there were two people ahead of me in the line and it took 15-20 minutes to get my food. It's not even like it was fresh both the nuggets and the burger were old the fries might have been fresh. Ultimately it was terrible service for no reason. It's not even like it was busy."

"Unprofessional and rude fellow workers who have the Drivethru window in the middle of a job to have a tempered tantrum, another woman saw her eyes and her long neck rolled over and asked what he wants now, and I said the rest of my order, and she did as I was a problem and got me my frost. this place does not respect their customers, their eating is always old and disgusting, and their personal gives them the impression, they do not care about the quality of their food or service. overall, ratchet and trashy. That's the last time I ever go there."

"I wanted something 'quick ' to eat but this Wendy 's is always a little slow. I make sure I doa mobile order so I don 't have to wait trying to order. I got my kids the nugget kids meal along with cheeseburger kids meal. Overall it was okay. I 'm not sure if they changed their French fries but they no longer taste the way they did when the sea salt wa first a thing. If I 'm going for myself, I 'll just stick with the nuggets. I do love the rewards program though, that 's a plus."
