"The first impression of the Carillon brewing company is eccentric. I liked reading the historic material on the outside of the wooden doors. Once inside, its like stepping back into time. I really enjoyed seeing the costumes, it reminded me of a historical reenactment. I asked the waiter which beer I should try and he suggested the Berliner Weisse. It was too sour for my liking. It was very crisp and vaguely refreshing. I then ventured to try some Latkes. These German potato cakes did not disappoint. I was afraid that they were served with applesauce as well as sour cream, but the potato was infused with minced chives and it was excellent with the sour cream, but actually even better with the apple sauce. This will be a new trick i will try with my children while they eat potato cakes at home. I was very satisfied with the pairing of the beer with the latkes. I do believe that If i cannot master the recipe for these simple yet delicious latkes that I will have to...

"SLOW SERVICE. I did it. 09 Nov. I put my order of soup and a main in front of a group of 6. Then I saw eight orders pick up. After waiting for my order for 50 minutes, the group of 6 served their meals. I was tired of waiting and I went out. They prioritize their call in/online orders via their Dine-in service. I'm not back. He has taken his way to destroy the BAD SERVICE. The owner's answer said that if I had been in a hurry, I should have called... 50 MINUTES before I got out. At least bring me the soup I ordered. Your service is not crucial. And I asked the server how long it would be and she just smiled. I suggest you take care of the people sitting in your restaurant. When I left, there was another table of 4, which arrived shortly after my arrival. I told them why I came out and they agreed they didn't come back. Explanation Most people have order never really take out the luxury of waiting. What? You're sitting at home... What are you doing? Suggestion... tell your call in orders, it will be 30 minutes. I suggest you close your dining room and sell only to call orders. Funny thing is that you could have said 'Sorry, off night, please come back ' but instead your entire answer essentially said... Don't eat here, we're slow."

"Our Date Night at Mudlick Taphouse., Have to start with drinks, excellent beverages at that. Taft 's UDF Milkshake IPA and their cocktail of the month Deathly Hollows (tequila, ginger beer, maple syrup, cranberry, lemon, cointreau and other deliciousness). The food too best cauliflower buffalo wings that were cooked perfectly to be fork tender yet still have snap when you bite, sorry they were too good and missed the photo op.Balsamic fig burger, it might sound strange but easily in the top three burgers I 've ever had, at any restaurant, an incredible balance of sweet savory and salty. The only disappointment were the mussels, not from execution but instead, some simply tasted off, the shells were open so that wasn 't the issue. However the bartender/server took notice of our reticence. Inquired on them, then immediately took them back and removed from our bill. Thanking us for the feedback and asking if there was anything else we would like in their place. No sideways glances, excuses about suppliers or staffing or otherwise. Instead recognizing a concern, taking it at face value, then making it right. That is the perfect example of proper service. If you 've not been, Mudlick Tap House is a reason in itself to visit downtown great food, well balanced beer selection, excellent craft cocktails, stellar service, with music and and decor to set a very unique and relaxed ambiance, all at very reasonable prices."

"The first time... I loved it... the soy pack was so dirty that the delicious flavors of the sushi let shine!! I had shrimp, crabs, avocado, cream cheese and asparagus... amazing... and it doesn't break the bank!! So impressed! The ginger salad was a beautiful side!! Another thing... Thanks for regular articles like steak and chicken for those customers who are with us sushi lovers... it allows them to enjoy more regular but healthy choices!"
