"As a COELIAC, I'm always a bit nervous of eating out but eating out at a fish chip amongst other options) bar was facing a real challenge! Would I walk out feeling happy or sick? Absolutely NO GLUTEN FREE PROBLEMS here!! I ordered...the Gluten Free Cod Chips and explained it had to be GLUTEN FREE. of course ,no problem said the waitress. Sounded hopeful! I double checked when my food arrived, scary as it looked liked everyone else' cod chips.I can't tell you how good that food tasted,like I've not eaten in years! As usual, I then worried about if I'd be ok. I was then able to speak to the owner /chef who explained he had a DEDICATED area&fryer just for Gluten Free. I was safe! Really,if you're a gluten free person,you must go eat at Trident . The staff are delightful,the food is so delcious and you have OPTIONS and you'll feel totally CONFIDENT. You'll also be able to order your meal without feeling the odd one out! The ambience of the Diner is great too,modern but traditional.Oh &my normal' friends loved it too!Couldn't rate it higher!"

"I usually order my coffee here if I have time. The service is always quick and the staff are always friendly. They had my Americano ready in 3 minutes. Talk about service. Now if only Nero's had the same level of service. I have ordered pastries here and food is always fresh. Grateful too that they are located right in the station."

"Popped in here on Thursday and was really pleasantly surprised. We ordered a couple of toasties, cheesy chips and sweet potato fries. It was all lovely. The toasties are big and come with a lovely fresh side salad. Milkshakes were lovely too. Service was also friendly and food came quite quickly. Recommended."

"Having arrived in Eastbourne around lunchtime on a Friday, we decided to do for a hot lunch. The Crown Anchor provided a friendly welcome and a menu which suited us both. I went for the fish n'chips while Mrs Moose had scampi. It was...good, no frills pub food enjoyed by both of us."

"Best pizza in eastbourne easy, they also have a great choice of burgers and quite any other food that could expect them from any other place that offers what they do, I had never problems with quality or quantity, in which their portions tend to be quite generous for the money, I have read various reviews on this facility and honestly it seems like slandering"

"First time trying Aj and Pams and it was pretty decent. Ordered it online using their website and was quite straight forward to use and place the order. After placing the order they called me just to confirm the stuffed crust was an extra charge on top of the deal I had done, which was good in my eye. Got the biggest pizza they do with garlic pizza bread, wedges and cookies. The pizza was a meat feast style pizza and was tasty and I enjoyed it but I felt it lacked a lot of toppings. Didn't feel enough was on the pizza due to the size. Maybe this could be assessed. The garlic pizza bread was good and the wedges were pretty damn tasty. Went well with the dips. And the cookies were lush. Was stuffed by the end of it all. Safe to say the meal was good and enjoyable and very good for value. I recommend :"
