"Service is so slow. We sat at bar and it took over 10 minutes for someone to take our order. Sitting at the bar should be fast but not here. There are plenty of other places to get a good drink, glass of wine, whatever and much better service. All that staff and a visible manager and yet no assistance for 10 minutes."

"Went there to get a burrito and a burrito bowl. They made the bowl fine. When it came time to make my burrito I wanted to try the brisket, so I asked for half steak half brisket. He spooned maybe a few cubes of each which bothered me but whatever. Then when it came time to wrap it he dragged it across the bare counter dumping what little meat was on there out the side. If I'm paying an upcharge on everything already why am I paying that for a massacred veggie burrito? Just the fact that he dragged it all over the counter was enough for me to refuse it but I wasn't going to hold up the line for them to remake it with the last 2 cubes of meat they had. Never going to this location again."

"Beautiful branding, delicious food, and kind servers make for a five star experience. Though you will pay a good five bucks more than your typical brunch experience, the quality and quantity of the food gives you good reason to. I got the rooster hash with poached eggs and absolutely loved it!"

"Service, food, and atmosphere are always wonderful. You can’t get peri-peri chicken at many places in the US, but Nando’s is still the best at it. Get chicken, in strips or bone-in, in peri peri sauce on a bed of rice. The experience is inimitable and delicious. Plus this particular Nando’s has cozy outdoor seating for beautiful summer days in downtown Naperville. Can not recommend enough."
