"My son booked a meal for mother's day there. I didn't know what to expect as I'm not familiar with Korean cuisine. The deco is in keeping with the culture and the food is outstanding. I loved every single bite of my starter, main and pudding. Lovely attentive staff, nothing seems to be an issue."

"Went in today ordered haddock and small chips was charged for standard chips. the girl serving was very pleasant. got my meal now haddock 5 50 . the portions now are a lot smaller. and still frozen fish which is no were near as good as fresh. the fish was well overcooked with a massive amount of very hard batter this place is now overpriced going downhill fast. wont be going back."

"Ordered online. The food was fantastic. The delivery service how ever is not great. Ordered at 5.10. Food arrived at 6pm missing the fries and smoothie. Delivery driver said he would get them sent out. 1hr 45 minutes later they finally arrived. Didn't want to wait nearly 3 hours for the food I had ordered. So disappointing as I enjoy the food. Gave a 3* *Have had another order since writing my first review and it was amazing. The food arrived on time. Nice and fresh and very tasty. Highly recommend the surf and turf rice box"

"I love a proper English breakfast, and there's nowhere else in Preston that does a vegan one. So I was delighted to find a review on here and thought I'd check it out for myself! It's down a lovely side street full of local businesses (many of which are worth a visit Tables and chairs outside for sunny days, today was not one of those days so we found a table with comfy armchairs next to the window and grabbed some cushions to make ourselves comfy ^ Lots of drinks on offer while you wait from herbal teas to smoothies and iced tea, and normal teas and coffees with lots of delicious sounding syrups to choose from! I went for a large Vegan breakfast but swapped out the mushrooms and tomatoes for a bit more of everything else (hash browns, beans, LM sausages). I had a choice of bread for my toast, I chose granary which was fresh and in super thick slices with a pot of butter (which I was told is vegan). My partner went for a hash brown buttie with white, and had pretty much wolfed it down by the time mine arrived! (Thumbs up from him) Couldn't have asked for more really, however the lady said she will be getting more in since she's getting more and more vegan customers :D So we are making a difference! Decorated in a fresh yet cozy way with happy staff and a lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be going back"

"For years I visited this chipshop not disappointed, friendly service good service, had fish and chips and a child. the chips were beautiful and freshly cooked the fish while I waited, it was delicious, and the price was great, try them and see them themselves"

"I do not recommend this place for afternoon. bad value for money. strange fillings like smoked salmon sandwiches and cast rolls with black pudding. worse was that they gave the same to the children. they wouldn't eat and had only a small cake. they also tried to say, although we had tea or coffee, no drink for the children without additional payment. they gave them a drink after we complained. it ruined Mother's Day for us. the venue has refunded the price of the children some days later, as we were so unhappy"

"Average food and an average experience. Some items such as the curry and gammon are decent enough but others such as the steak and ale pie really aren't with very little steak and what is inside is tough, fatty and chewy. The cauliflower bites were like baby food inside with mushy cauliflower and the batter' was like rubber rather than being crisp. Also, a starter we ordered to come with our main courses was missed off and we had to go to the bar to ask for it. After our main courses we ordered some dessert for our kids, initially we tried ordering the apple crumble but that wasn't available, so we had the brownie, then the lemon sorbet but that wasn't available so this ended up as chocolate icecream, then the strawberry and clotted cream icecream but this also wasn't available so we had to settle for raspberry ripple. All this out of stock on a Friday lunchtime, so I can imagine there will be a lot of disappointment over the weekend. Added to which we had a 30 minute wait for the desserts to arrive bearing in mind we had ordered 2 icecreams and 2 pre made brownies and then they only arrived after we went to the bar and asked after another table who ordered theirs 10 minutes after ours received them 5 minutes before us. It was not overly busy during our visit and judging by the size of the Phantom Winger I would estimate it was barely a third full."
