"Scanning the menu, everything looked amazing and we struggled to decide so that we ended up for the 7 course blind tasting menu plus wine pairing. The cook and the sommelier chose courses for us, so each course was a surprise. Wine comes first, indicating what the course could be. Incredibly good value. If you still know a bit about cooking, you understand how much work and love has gone into every single dish. Innovative food and everything was perfection. Love that many ingredients were produced locally. I have celiac disease and must be on a strict gluten-free diet. Gluten-free items were marked in the menu, but the kitchen also made additional effort to avoid any cross-contamination. It was a real pleasure to enjoy this festival without worrying. Professional and friendly service and we received everything like watch work. Not sure how they managed to plan everything as well. Can't wait to come back!"
