"This load was always clean and ordered. the staff is friendly and helpful. during the 2020 lockdown when it was a requirement to wear a facial cover when in a super market and keep a minimum of 2 m away from others. after a few very close encounters with people who did not respect the I started panic and wanted to leave the load before my shopping ended, not only wanted to leave my basket I went straight to customer show in the loading where the people always ran too close. the beautiful lady asked what I needed to finish my shopping and there were only two items. she told me to stay well in the customer, she went and collected the others and arranged them through them to me. I was so grateful that it really became a panic, so I now know that when I shop in sainsbury’s, I know that the staff is there to support me. Thank you."

"The bar maid was very friendly and helpful but the cook obviously had had enough on the day we visited. The chips were nice (although I wanted mash with my pie), the peas were edible but my pie was burnt! As in the pastry was black and flaky I don 't know why it was even presented to me as a meal. Was definitely not worth £12!!! There was about three teaspoons of mince inside this chefs homemade pie . One of our children ordered sausages and again these were very overcooked and hard. Disappointing meal. Wish we hadn 't bothered."
