"DSapiens is an excellent option in vegan-friendly Barrio Italia. Once you walk in from the street, go all the way to the back and you’ll find this oasis. Dropped by for a small snack and ordered the burrito durum which was plenty to share between two people. Not quite the falafel sandwich we expected or were used to having. The falafel here had a thicker and less crunchy consistency. Still good. Had sweet potato fries on the side to complete the meal. One of the few places we found in Chile that serves a jugo del dia, so make sure you round it off with one of their selections (the cucumber one is super refreshing). The meal was bookended by marinated olives and an inspirational quote to set you back on your way. Ample seating, relaxed space, and friendly staff make this a welcome respite from busy Avenida Italia outside."

"The place is beautiful, the attention is amazing. We asked some Blue Popes to share, but I found that they were too salty for my taste. As a dish I ordered the Tofu Anjolí, which was spectacular. I'm a fan of tofu, but I still think it's also an excellent dish for those who don't like it so much. The vegan options are almost 50% of the letter and I tried two more, but the tofu was my favorite. Update: I returned, ordered the quinoa salad and it was wonderful, we also asked for the 3 vegan desserts of the menu and are the richest thing I have ever eaten (especially the millet). It is nice and comfortable for people in wheelchair. Update: I am a frequent customer, but I must say that this last visit was different, the attention of the waitress was cold and careless, that they did not have all the dishes from the menu on the weekend and that should be said before going to take the order of the lower plate and if there is any change in a dish due to lack of ingredients, it should also be warned. In addition, there was no paper in the bathroom (and it is not the first time that passes us). But what I find most important is that I just found out that the ice cream I always ask (in a vegan dessert) is not vegan, no one had told me until today and that I always ask for the same. "Amazing place! My favourite vegan empanadas are made here. There's really good pizza too. Cakes and desserts take vegan pastry to the next level. They mix creativity, tasty flavors and affordable prices to offer really fresh and unique products. Besides, staff is very very friendly. I strongly recommend visiting Sinfonia del sabor whenever you can; for lunch, a coffee, grabbing a snack, buying some fresh bread, anything would be a good excuse. Plus, the have a gluten free tiramisú to die for! Updated from previous review on 2019-06-01"
