"I have zöliakie and was super excited when this bakery opened in edmondson park. Unfortunately, the excitement all disappeared when I bought their gluten free bread. let me start with the broth bag being so heavy as I had worn a stone. the actual brot itself smells like oil and was so dense that I could not even finish my sandwich. I had another way to assage it, but that didn't go too well: I think I have to go back to the super market brot or order online from other bakery. please check their recipe for this brot, it is amazing that their included, but only disappointing if the effort is all wasted by the quality."
