"Located in Rodeo 39 Public market is RTE Ready To Eat. This is a great place for vegan options and fresh food. You choose your custom plate with base proteins and then vegetable. The base options are Brown Rice, White Rice or Salad greens with greens and a sesame dressing. The standard protein is 2 skewers, but I asked if I could get 2 veggies and 1 tofu and they were good with that then of course a Veggie skewer and a plantain cake. The plantain cake, tostones, it has gluten keep that in mind if you are gluten free. Everything on the menu is clearly labeled if it is vegan or not. I ordered the chimichurri and the habanero sauce, both were really good. The habanero is hot, not face melting hot, but it had a kick. The other sauces are aioli versions of the other 2 sauces. I plan on going back for the plantains and the brussels sprouts soon. I found the food to be fresh and perfectly prepared. Everything was delicious service was great, the only thing that I need to have further clarification on and I will get and update is that I was told that veg skewers were not cooked on the same grill as animal proteins however I went back a few days later to eat at another vender and saw animal proteins on the veg grill. I am not sure where the error came in was it kitchen staff using the wrong grill or the employee at the front counter telling me that they kept it separate. Either way it is flame grilled not a flat top."

"A couple points here. I 've been to a lot of pho restaurants and their large pho bowls are usually average but here the large is served in the same bowl as the small with the same portion. im paying extra for what? the waitress here is rude. she brings us our check within 10 minutes of us getting our food. i had wanted to order something else but i already got my check so i didnt. she doesnt even say no rush or anything. i feel very rushed. when no one is trying to get her attention shes sitting at an empty table on her phone watching videos with max volume. the door is always kept open so theres flies crawling all over my food. truly a bad experience."
