"I have to say I was really impressed with the overall experience with Cugini's. I went there for my 1 year anniversary and had some of the best service and authentic Italian food. Management was amazing my server was on top of everything and food was magnificent. It reminded me of homemade Italian food my mom makes. Thanks again for the experience our family will be back for sure."

"The young lady who works there is absolutely fantastic, she’s so sweet and caring but the owner seems to be horribly grumpy and doesn’t care about his business. Came in and he was talking politics and he had also been rude to another customer while he was talking to someone else. I hope that young lady isn’t suffering in this toxic environment, she deserves a raise for going above and beyond every time I come here! As for the owner, get your act together and act like you care about your business!!!!"

"Want to get ripped off AND let down? Come to Bliss Bee! Where the only bliss is the pockets of management!Do the signs say you can get a sandwich, fries and a drink for 13.99? They sure do! Will you get that deal? Nope! When your checking out the kiosk won 't let you combo it together and when you ask one of the cooks to come help they don 't have a clue to do it either!As soon as you get your food the image of a tiny little cup dances towards you. That 's right the soda that comes to an astonishing $2.89 even as a to-go order is only about 8 oz! MAYBE 10!Think your going to get hot food? Nope! As soon as we got our order we tried our fries and the first thing my daughter said was These aren 't hot . I tried one and tasted the age clear as day. Not only that the fries themselves come in a tiny little box as well!Disappointed myself and seeing my daughters obvious remorse I took a bite out of the chicken sandwich. Guess what! That was room temperature at best! Not only that but it was DRY as a mother! Chicken should be moist and tender, not flakey and dry. I ordered the cowboy and it 's supposed to come with onions, guess what those were old too!Oh and if you think It 's just the slow time of day I went at 3pm on a SATURDAY. Wild! There were maybe 10 other parties inside and out, and as I was leaving another 4 parties in line.So for the low price of $16.38 you too can get a dry air aged chicken sandwich with old fries and a tiny cup! Oh and you get the added benefit of hearing your kid say things like I never want to try anything new again !!!Awful.[Edit for response]Thanks for the refund, it matters not.The associate also had no idea how to get the kiosk to get the deal? If your own workers are having trouble maybe it 's not the user but the machine.As for the dancing cup it was the cup that was handed to me by your associate. Using dancing as a metaphor not as in something on your screen."

"Everything is delicious but the pasta bolognese is just really bad. I ordered it for my grandkids Saturday and it smelled like dog food, the color was brown, no tomatoes and the garlic taste was overwhelming. Noone ate it and it was tossed out."

"Update: Our second visit, 6 months after the first, was just as delicious. Simply Devine is now a must for breakfast on our trips to Vermont. Krustenlose Quiche and the huge cookies are wonderful! Amazing ladies rock this cozy café. The cafeterias out in the sun were a hit with us this morning (inside tables too. Several quiche selections available, with and without crust. The crust less quiche... The best of all time! And the cinnamon roll was more than enough for two people. Add to Green Mountain Coffee (they happy brewed Decaf for us too! and you have the production of a perfect day. Simply uninstall Cafe has been added to our favorite list, I am sure it will also be a must for you."
