"If you are looking for authentic Italian food that is good and with a real Italian feeling, then it's it. For the beginning we ordered Polenta chips with aioli and four cheeses, truffle oil arancini. We had the Diavolo Pizza and the Specials Linguine with crab. My favorite was the pizza. Any pizza I saw looked incredibly! When we ordered the Crab Linquin, we thought that the crab meat is mixed in pasta and not served a whole crab on the side of pasta. I'm not sure if it is traditional for crabs to be served as a whole. It requires a bit of work. For dessert we shared a Tiramisu that was nice. Our waiter was great, although we are constantly asking different waiters to take away our plates. Even while there were still food on the plate, and I still eat, asked if they can take it away. We had a three-course food and was just an hour and a bit there and we felt that we had rushed. I understand if we were there for two hours. Overall, I found the food well and a great value, though you really have to relax if you have to always ask yourself to take away our plates and to noise people."

"That's what this is about. they can not go past this place for value-ratio, dizzying atmosphere and first class service. this joint is regularly turned for us, we had birthday functions here as well as fast eating before the films. the gnocchi pork ragu is a favorite of me."

"Was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant, the service was attentive and friendly the pizzas were great! Ordered a two pizzas that came out quickly, the dough was nice and thin and cooked well. Only downside was that the margherita pizza felt a fit soggy in the middle."

"In a few words, great food but bad service. Waited for half an hour to even get served or asked of we'd like something to drink, and the table next to us which came in 20 minutes later was served by the same waiter before getting to us. No apology. No cutlery on one side of our table when our meals arrived. Also screams volumes if you can't be bothered to ask someone how their meal was when they are paying, rather than just handing them the bill, it takes 10 seconds. Understanding that everyone makes mistakes and all businesses have their not-so-great nights, and it looks like this place has very good reviews overall. Just simple changes that are not hard to implement that can make or break an experience, confident you guys will do better next time."

"I've been a vegetarian for around years, and I've been coming to Green Gourmet for around most frequently for yum cha. The yum cha food is delicious and varied I can't think of a dish I haven't liked, and dishes are generally...hot and fresh. The difficulty is with the service, which can range from indifferent to infuriating. There are two main problems that I've observed with the yum cha service: Failure to offer food to all tables. Today we were seated close to the kitchen, and we did well. Other times we've been seated far from the kitchen, and had to watch as numerous trays and multiple dishes go to the same tables over and over, leaving us with nothing. Even more aggravating, though, is when the staff members decide arbitrarily that you've had enough (I presume and just stop coming to your table on one of those occasions the staff member was so determined to ignore my existence that she would not even make eye contact, and it was only when a customer at another table drew attention to us that we got more food. On other occasions we've given up and left hungry. Short period of offering. We always aim to get to Green Gourmet at the time they open, because even when you do, at some point they will just stop bringing out yum cha dishes. Today we got there minutes after opening, and most of the other tables were ordering from menus already. I recognise that it's a small restaurant and it may not be cost effective to keep bringing out dishes, but certainly it's even less feasible to offer yum cha to only half that small restaurant, and I think that's part of the reason there's hardly any food coming out. These problems are not rocket science and a bit more oversight and communication would probably make their business a lot more money. I'm baffled that these problems have persisted over such a long time. Probably I'm part of the problem because I keep on going back (the food is AMAZING when you can get some but I've taken Green Gourmet off the list of places I would recommend to others, and I've given up on bringing friends there because some of our experiences have been so aggravating. I even wrote them a letter about a decade ago, but received no response."
