"If you need a snack or drink on the run Cafe Capri is a place to go. The guy who also served me today was a cheerful man. Very nice. Thank you for treating us kindly.Yet again your store complimented our visit to a variety of needs.I saw you have many slices and nice looking sandwiches and rolls including many fast food takeaway items. You appeared to have quite a diverse menu which was nice to see considering we all had very different tastes.It is great to see your situated in the center of the Bridge Mall.Thanks for the Vegetarian spring rolls you cooked me. Not at all dry!"

"This was our favorite shop to come to. Now the new owners have changed the oil and the quality of the food. The last time we came the chips and potato cakes were so oily and smelt foul that we had to throw them away. We also saw the owners in Aldi buying dim sims. You are just cutting costs with poor quality ingredients. The result is you have lost many of your regulars. Another shop we will tell everyone not to come to. Cheap cheap cheap!!!!!! Please dont waste your money here. Jim and Adele."

"Came here last year following the Sovereign Hill Xmas in July given it was open, close looked very warm welcoming. Because of this, we went again this year and weren't disappointed! good food, great service all for not much!"

"Wow what a joke.Went there for my sister in laws 21st birthday dinner, 12 of us were in attendance. The waitress took our order and a little later 3 of the 12 meals came out. We waited a little longer for the rest of the meals to come out, but it took a while so we told the 3 to eat as we didn't want them to have to wait and their meals get cold. After over half an hour later about (8-8:30) the waitress came up to us and said " I am really sorry, i lost your order receipt. If you tell me what you ordered I will get the kitchen to make it straight away for you" after a quick chat we decided we will go elsewhere as we were pretty hungry/annoyed and didn't want to wait much longer for a feed.The waitress went to the owner and explained the situation to her. The owner stormed over to our table and started yelling and abusing us and asking why we wanted to leave. My mother in law explained the we waited a little to long and we were hungry and have decided to go elsewhere. The owner yelled into my mother in laws face saying something along the lines of "what did you order?!" and went around the table yelling the same thing at everyone. Then out of nowhere she yells at one of the people who actually got their meal saying "you better be paying for that!". The owner then made the comment "all of the staff must be on drugs" then she went to the back of the building abusing the poor waitress who served us.When we went to the counter to pay for the drinks and 3 meals that were actually served to us the owner just yelled at us saying "go, just to". So we left.Later that night they posted on their Facebook page something on the lines of "Taurus would like to make a formal apology to the diners of a 21st party tonight. A mistake was made by a staff member which resulted in the dinera being unhappy and leaving without paying"I found this "formal apology" absolutely embarrassing! Taurus have made it sound like we left the restaurant without paying, which is obviously not true. Myself, my partner and one other diner from the party commented on their Facebook post defending ourselves and actually explaining what actually happened as Taurus just wanted it to sound like they didn't do anything wrong and we did a runner. Taurus has since removed the post of their Facebook. To the waitress, in no way do any of us blame you for what happened. We all make mistakes. We just hope you are okay after your boss abusing you.To the owner, you owe ALL of your staff an apology for your comment and that waitress in particular one hell of an apology.If you had of handle the situation better such as saying "im so sorry, we will make your meal top priority" or "we will discount your tab or free round of drinks or free dessert" we probably would have stayed, at very least not be so pissed off and disgusted. You have our phone number from when we booked. You could have called us afterwards and apologised instead of posting on Facebook making us look like the bad people in this scenario because you don't want to look like you did the wrong thing.I couldn't tell you if the food was any good, as I didn't get mine. Pathetic."
