"I am one who very rarely leaves reviews and when i do they are for a well job done sort of review. I have left this review on every site i can and before that have tried every way i can to reach corporate. The manager was hostile, at least I believe she was a manager. I do not want to type the whole story again. However, i will say the yelling she did, when i said i would be speaking to her manager, the way she reacted was as if she knew i had no recourse. I do not like that they have no way to discipline their rogue employees. That will have me continue on to every site, every review, every single source i can find to put the spotlight on this. I scrolled to read to see if the problem was her having a bad day, or her just knowing she can treat her customers bad without having any consequences what so ever. Well.... sure enough there are reviews of her treating people hostile the same as she did to me. That was enough and will be enough fuel to keep me going and going and going until someone has gotten back to us about this situation. To be yelled at over something you don 't have a clue about until they are yelling at you and embarrassing you is the worst feeling. I am not the type to yell back, I go through the proper channels. Yet, there seems to be zero real channels to go through when it comes to hardees. Do better and resolve this situation, plz. Until then i will keep trying to find ways to reach you from the many different options available that the big web has to offer. Thanks,...."

"Could be because we stopped on a Sunday morning but we were not impressed with this place. We waited for a table at least 20 minutes and were promptly waited on by a young staff member who was friendly and polite. We ordered 4 different entrees and found the food barely warm and nothing special. I liked the blueberry crunch pancake but it did'nt even melt the butter...."

"Delicious meat and three country cooking. great selection from both fixed menu and daily specials. well prepared tasty meats and veggies. the fried catfish is our favorite with two large slabs, crispy outside and tender and flaky inside. we're just found the place about 15 miles from home, and been there twice this week."

"The chargrilled oysters are my go to. The wedge salad is excellent and the blue cheese is pungent and wonderful. Last night I tried the coconut pie for the first time and what a treat. I was expecting a cream pie, but it was not. Chock full of coconut it was like a macaroon in pie shape served with a side of whipped cram. My husband had the red beans and rice and didn't leave a drop in the bowl. Easy to park, convenient to downtown the only downside is they don't take reservations. However, we were able to get a table in the bar at the window a great spot for people watching."
