"Lots of filler this time around. I ordered a goat roti with chick peas add-on. It was mostly potatoes and chick peas with only a very small amount of goat. I was quite disappointed. I will like go to Da Hot Shoppe in Burlington next time."

"This drivethru misadventure started with a very quizzical exchange. I ordered something and the lady said that they didn't have it. I asked if she was sure and she said yes, they were out. Then I ordered another item and now the lady says that they have now "found" the original item of order. Really? You're kidding me, right?The order finally in, there was just one car in front of me. I guess they had to go out to the back field, find a cow, grind it up and turn it into a burger as it was the longest wait I've ever encountered (with the exception of the world record holding DQ in Claresholm, Alberta where you can run out of gas idling in the drivethru line).The burger was great as always so at least that is one saving grace for this place!"

"Excellent atmosphere, eating and service. our waitress was so nice and helpful. their prices are competitive, which they would normally spend in a restaurant of this type and they had a good choice on the menu with the tasting hot and great. clean. toilets the only change I would make is the music something to lower because, although it was not very busy, it was hard to conduct a conversation. we're going back! (we had the club sandwich with French tweebel soup and veggieburger and both were excellent."

"I ordered Sweet and sour Chicken and steamed rice. When I got home there was no Rice in my order and the Chicken was so over cooked I could not eat it. I called to tell them that we did not receive the Rice and...asked if they could give us new chicken because it was over cooked. I was told that it is fried chicken and that they are busy and I would have to call back later and talk to the manager. I will NEVER again go to the Dragon House! The WORST!!!"

"I would never find this place myself, If not a word of the mouth. Middle of nowhere, industrial area of Oakville, shabby plaza. Luckily my boyfriend was told some day by his boilermaker buddies that the place is worth trying. We did stop there after some lake side exploration and I was positively surprised with what we got. We both had lamb roti and I must admit - it was one of the best I have ever had. Please mind the spice level - medium is already pretty hot."

"My last visit to bronte fish chips was on the 16th march. to my joy the cherrycheesecake dessert is still made. my part didn't look like the photo that was on my table. $5.65 tax for what I received was a scandal."

"I have been dining at this location for over a month now as I am staying at the hotel and I must say that Rebecca has been one of the best servers I have come across and I work in the industry. Regardless of whether she was serving us or not she went out of her way to say hi, ask how my day was going etc. I felt like I was at home. She is definately the reason my coworkers and I returned each and every night just to see the smile on her face and recieve our warm welcome. Would definately recommend!!!!!!"

"So glad I finally went in today! I was greeted warmly and given the time I needed to familiarize myself with the menu. The food was prepared freshly and quickly. Fish and chips were wrapped separately in newspaper….a cute touch and kept things hot! Both were fresh, hot and not over cooked…. Delicious! The coleslaw was delicious as well. I look forward to returning for other items…. and to eating in in the bright clean restaurant."
