"The wait to be seated was long but that?s expected with short staffed restaurants since Covid. After seated, we waited a good 15 minutes to even see our waitress. After ordering our food came out decently quickly. Our problem was the food quality. The greens were DRY, like grass in the summer dry. We couldn?t eat them. Asked for it to be taken off and after waiting 20 minutes for a new ticket just got up and paid. The hash brown casserole was cold, chicken n dumplings flavorless, silverware dirty, and waitress none existent. I gave it two stars because some of our food was good (meatloaf, fries, okra, biscuits, apples). Won?t be back."

"Absolutely a blast from the past this restaurant has been there for 6 years and everybody talks about it. All of the visitors to panama city come to see what it looks like for a little nostalgia in their life. It took me back to my old house where I designed it in a roaring 20's rock and roll diner.The food is amazing I couldn't even finish my cheeseburger. It actually tasted like dad grilled it in the back yard. the owner was nice enough to talk and explain the history of the restaurant and seamed happy to do so. I didn't want to leave. A must see for the kids also."

"Decent, but I won't go back. my wife ordered one of the specials that were clogged and skallop. the court was small and cost $16, which was about $4 too high for what she got. I had garnel the beautified garlic that claimed to be a generous part of the golf garnel and came with brot and 2 sides for $18, which again was about $4 too much when I got 8 pieces garnel. the personal was friendly and eating was decent, but 2 stars based on the price-to-share ratio and the other options in the opposite."

"We went there this morning for breakfast! It was absolutely wonderful you could tell that they really enjoy cooking and want your experience to be a great one. My daughter got the waffles with scrambled eggs and bacon. My son got french toast and bacon. My husband got the breakfast burritos. I got make it your own omlet with roasted potatoes. My husband and I shared biscuits and sausage gravy. The food was outstanding!! I am a chef and I can tell you that the chef and cooks that work there want there food to be known and they take pride in there food."

"We finally tried this restaurant closest to our house and it was great! The staff was friendly. Amber was great! The food was good and plentiful, which lived up to the name. We ordered Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, fried green tomatoes (as the side; I love that!! , Bellyfull Chicken Cheesesteak sandwich (with jalapeños and cheese curds with tater tots. For dessert we had Key lime pie (good but not as good as my homemade and peanut butter, which was really good. We loved all of it and will definitely go back and will likely be a regular spot for us."

"I can only say, WOW. Biggest cookie ever and it was fresh... so good. When we went in, we were greeted with smiles and warm welcome. There are so many biscuit options it was hard to choose. I chose Mary B with eggs, bacon and cheese.... my husband ordered the mountaineer who has ham, hash brews, cheese and an egg. It was also in lightning. Jay and the team often came by to check us out and marvel at the coffee. My only suggestion would be to offer espresso and coffee making drinks to go with these delicious cookies. Overall, I would highly recommend checking this great local jewel."
