"I and my family have been going to this Hardee's location for breakfast at least three or four times a week every since they opened this location .and we have always been pleased with the quality of the food and the service . that is until recently for the last three months now there has been this girl who looks Spanish but I think is Caucasian that works the drive thru every morning we have gone there and I gotta say if I didn't love the food and the prices so much I would most definitely stop going there because she is hands down the most unprofessional and rudest drive thru attendant I have ever come across not to mention we are always asked to pull up and wait for our order even though there are no cars behind Us so you would expect that she at least got our order right and everything we ordered but nope not the case .on. Three occasion s we had to wait eight minutes on pies and she still forgot to give them to us .we order the same exact thing every time four breakfast platter's with grits instead of gravy and one with steak instead of bacon which we pay extra for but this morning she didn't put my steak in there or bacon and the day before that she didn't give us all four but only three of the platter's we ordered four and because she had another girl bring our order out when we went inside to tell her what had happened she insisted on following us back to the car which incinuated we were not being honest and actually looked inside our vehicle I don't know what this girl is going threw but I do know that loyal customers that eat there often or even if it were their first time should not be treated or greeted with such a mean and disturbing look on their face and a attitude to boot when at this restaurant facility . I let it slide so many times but after this morning I decided if I didn't let someone know that this girl should definitely not be working in a business that deals with customer service and the public in general that I would just have to take my business else where I certainly hope that someone in charge will read my review and do something to correct this problem thank you very m and have a wonderful blessed day"

"This experience outweighs any negative experience I've ever witnessed at a place of this caliber. Arrived and waited for an hour; after we were told it would take 30 min, during homecoming, so I understood. Got seated and waited an additional hour and canceled. The waitress mentioned that the kitchen was backed up, but would have the food out soon. No food. Went in to speak to the manager, Blake, and he had the most nonchalant and deadpan look on his face as if this"

"This is the best breakfast / Brunch/Lunch place ever! the personal is soouo friendly and beautiful there! my father loves the coffee (lol) and although we had to wait, it was certainly worth it! I loved the banana nut brot pfannkuchen and they have so many options / flavors! would definitely recommend 10/10! (care not the best pictures)"

"Maple Street Biscuit Company (FSU) is by far my favorite coffee, breakfast and brunching place! The Iced Maple Vanilla Latte is my favorite drink; I like it a little sweeter so they add a little extra syrup. They only use fresh ingredients and I can honestly say the food is amazing! The staff is very friendly and always accommodating. You really feel as part of a special community when you eat at MSBC!"
