"First of all, I’d like to appreciate that Bisquits has a few excellent vegan options on the menu. I’m very appreciative of that and it’s why my family decided to come to this restaurant instead of iHop or another breakfast diner. Biscuits stands out because of its inclusivity.Unfortunately they said they didn’t have the vegan sausage for my parents’ burrito that they were gonna share. It was hard to understand but I couldn’t tell if they were out of it or if they just stopped carrying it. If it’s the latter, keep the vegan burrito but take the sausage out of the description on the menu.The reason I think it might be the latter is because the menu said that the vegan breakfast scramble which I ordered comes with vegan sour cream—it didn’t. My meal was delivered with cow’s milk dairy (confirmed by the server) which, as an ethical vegan, was frustrating. If the restaurant doesn’t carry vegan sour cream, then don’t include it on the menu and, worse, serve a vegan dairy sour cream.I’d like to reiterate that I am grateful there was even an option and I will say that the scramble was soooo good. I just would love if Bisquits took care of the fine details."

"Great diner in downtown Cranford. They have a very large menu like most diners, but they do everything very well. Breakfast quesadilla, eggs Benedict, tuna melt, Greek salad all very good and done well. The French toast is phenomenal as well. Always pretty lively and busy at this diner. They have a few tables outside for nice days, and then a lot of booths and tables inside. Small bar for seating as all, but does not serve alcohol.Vegetarian options: A lot of vegetarian options most things are made in house so you can substitute and remove meat from dishes. Does not have fake meat options to substitute in however."

"Great spot for really good food in nice, casual atmosphere! Was staying at a hotel down the street and ran a quick yelp search for breakfast before hitting the museums. Looked like a decent place, but it was much more. Great service, the food came out quickly and was good. Service was pretty good as well. Great prices for a solid breakfast. Definitely check them out. Worth it."
