"Extremely bad customer service. Stupid and rude people who take orders. They told me they make biryani in the morning and cook again in the evening if needed, so basically it's not custom made fresh for your specific order. That said, if you order a 3/4 th tray by mistake and then realize it's a lot and you ask to exchange it to a quarter tray instead, they will not change it saying how can they change it if it's already put in a tray? What Nonsense!. A good customer service would be just exchange the tray and give the customer what they want. The person tells me it's a very busy time and he doesn't want to 5wkj to me anymore. If it's a busy time, how difficult would it be to distribute the big tray between other orders and give us a smaller tray?. Absolutely unacceptable service. I will keep telling everyone I meet about their stupid customer service."

"Went for a family Thanksgiving lunch here today..so dissapointed..tasteless veg biryani, unappetizing thali with tasteless nondescript veggies..no dessert in this thali. Mega dosa was mega hard, hurting the mouth!! Spoilt aloo tikki in the ragda petice n really under/raw cooked mattara. Finally the worst vada pav I have ever had..we r spoilt in Canton at Balaji pure veg for their excellent vada pav plus a fried gr chili..here no gr ch..n really horrible tasting..really was disappointed..expected better tasting food here.."

"Great restaurant. You also have a cool answer machine that is unusual. Here was 02.14.20 trouble trying Chilli Chicken simply brilliant... an excellent appetizer and must be tried again. Goatbiryani came with Egg, omg, really delicious. Goat pieces were extremely soft. The egg is not your typical Walmartei, but tastier. The engraving is super delicious. Chicken vindaloo was also good, really delicious. That was great too. Potato can be cooked more, but still delicious. Mughlai Chicken is good. This is butter chicken with some egg pieces. This place is just great. Other great dishes in addition to the above are: Pepper Chicken superb, get the spicy if like heat Chilli chickens absolutely brilliant but pepper is the real chicken egg roasted rice wonderful indo Chinese style, the eggs that come with this really big chicken aavakaya biryani Try their other types of Bryanis next time."
