"My boyfriend and I both got food poisoning from here on Monday night. We did not have anything the same all day and then went to this place and 3 hours later it hit both of us around the same time and I have been sick ever since throwing up. I called on Tuesday to make them aware of the issue so they could figure out what possibly did it so no one else got sick and they acted like it was not a big deal at all. The girl working asked if we wanted another smoothie (at the time no) and then said she would have the owner call us. It is now Thursday and no call. Nor did she ask what kind of smoothie we both got to get to the bottom of what ingredient(s) were bad of theirs and caused this. Due to the unprofessionalism I had to leave a review. Maybe they will be stricter on their policies of cleanliness of their ingredients moving forward."

"I would have given 1 star, but the customer service is decent. as stated in an earlier review, the employees must be trained to make the smoothies the right way. they use water because some of the smoothies are so thick, but I don't want my smoothie to be watery. it can be faster and more convenient for them than the worker to pour, but I'm tired of having made it again, just being disappointed. I gave all the chances I could give. it is obvious that it is simply not made directly at the exchange Blvd location. the sad part is that this load is the next, so I have to go out of my way to get a smoothie king."

"The reviews and pictures of the old bananes were a big branch for me! if it was just one, I might overlook it. but several customers had the same problems and had pictures to show. "The smoothies are greatly made. Location is great BUT...if you're ordering from the app for curbside pickup, think again. I had a really bad experience where I placed an app order and wanted to do curbside. FYI, this experience happened on a busy, busy Friday where the drive thru line was long. Once the order was placed, the app stated that once I arrive, I can park in the front or a curbside order spot, call the store, and someone would come out with my order. I did all of those steps and no one answered my many calls; kept going to mailbox, which, of course, was full. Unfortunately, i forgot my mask and didnt want to go inside but i did in order to get my order. I was not pleased and all of the employees looked at me as if I was crazy. No one apologized. I did a feedback review and requested someone to call me back and no one did. If you really want one, go inside or use drive thru. And they need to remove the option of curbside pickup. Their phones don't work. Wont be going back for a long while."
