"Absolutely disgusting service. Placed an order online with an expected 35min wait for two souvlakis. When i arrived i was told to return in 10minutes. I arrived after 5 mins and proceeded to wait patiently until half an hour passed. When i approached the counter,...at this point one hour after ordering, they told me it was my responsibility to come back up to the counter. Even though for the 30mins i sat there i was visually aggrevated and had made eye contact with the counter the same girl that told me to come back in 10) multiple times. When i questioned her about it she told me that she thought i was waiting for an order…. For half an hour. There online ordering service is counter intuitive. Do not recommend, will never return."
