"I have NO idea what people are talking about on here when they say that the Craftsman has bad food... Craftsman Chop Company has some of the BEST food I've had anywhere in the Kalamazoo area! Their staff is friendly AND knowledgeable. I love that the owners genuinely care how your dining experience goes- last time I went on a Saturday night and they came around with glasses of champagne for everyone waiting!! AND Craftsman is one of the few places in the area that takes reservations... which I made for next time. DEFINITELY RECCOMMENDED."

"Went to dinner with my family night. All of the food was affordable and delicious! Mozzarella sticks, Fried Pickles, Bosco Sticks, wings, boneless wings, BLT’s and Italian Beefs were phenomenal! The portion size was great! We also loved the family sports atmosphere and our server Ashlee S. Was wonderful. She was very pleasant and made sure everything was to our liking and we never had to wait for refills, extra napkins etc."

"My wife and I went there for a celebratory dinner. She ordered a BLT with fried green beans as the appetizer and i myself ordered the pepper jack cheese balls. Everything was cooked to perfection and delicious! Service was slow, but not inattentive, the staffing is only like 3 all in all a great evening with hard working and considerate staff. I will be back for more!"
