"It was my birthday this last weekend. My grown adult kids thought they’d buy Chinese Food for dinner. We ordered from Siver Dragon in White Rock. Sat down to eat and thought, what is wrong with this food. The dry ribs had a sauce poured over them, the chowmein noodles had been cooked too long and had no flavour, the chicken fried trice tasted like it was boiled rice with chicken flavouring and small chucks of chicken, no peas like normal and it certainly wasn’t fried. The only decent food was the sweet and sour boneless pork. It wasn’t bad. All in all a very disappointing meal. So sad for my birthday dinner. Not going there again. Also, I cannot add anything about the restaurant itself as we had food delivered."

"I came upon this quintessential 'hole in the wall ' by accident. Located in a non-descript, yet practical location in uptown White Rock I was taken by the hospitality of our hostess, the selection of tasty dishes, and the price. Lunch rang up at $6.50 and included tea, a small bowl of soup and a choice of entree with a portion of rice. Need I say more? Go on, give it a try..."

"We were walking the beautiful pier and dropped to check this restaurant out. Lack decor and atmosphere however the food was delicious. The staff were very warm and friendly."

"Fantastic dinner at Giraffe again. Just love the food and the great service by Jamie. Had a selection of martinis at the table as well as several bottles of wine. Had a selection of appies to share. the sable fish and beef tenderloin were great. Our guest had a problem with the lamb loin as it was over cooked. Sent back and replaced. Ended with cream brule Yummm"
