"Was told to wait a couple of minutes and ended up Waited over 10 minutes with no further response so had to I leave with no food since I only have a limited to for lunch break. The place wasn't even busy; only 1 person before me and lobby was locked. Can't really call a place fast food when one order is enough to completely bing a business to a halt for over 10+ minutes. Avoid this place if your short on time."

"It was my first time ordering from this Wendy's. I ordered the food online for dropoff. I ordered 2 large frostys and received 2 small ones instead. Total ripoff. And they didn't put any of the 4 sauces I ordered for my fries and nuggets. I would 100% not recommend this Wendy's to anyone unless you want to be ripped off and not get what you ordered. I've never had an issue ordering from other Wendy's before. This one must have uncaring, incompetent employees or something. It's not that hard to read what people order."

"Very poor service. Excruciatingly slow, employees shuffling around the back like zombies while machines beep and a long line forms at the counter, not one of them looking up to give a greeting for several minutes. The lady working the front desk was wandering around, looking for things before she finally said one minute, went in back and slowly shambled around with the other employees, 3 of whom I can clearly see shooting the breeze instead of doing anything productive. I know it sucks to work in these places so I smile and wait, and finally place my order. The guy in front of me has his order go missing, I have to wait 15 minutes for my food, and my friend behind me has to wait a further 5 or so. When I glance in the bags, things look right, so I go home. My wife opens her bag and finds only 7 nuggets in her 10 piece meal. We all know we have to review our fast food orders for accuracy, but I shouldn 't have to open my meal and count every nugget to make sure I get what I pay for. Bottom line, as a person who has done tons of customer service jobs over the years, including running a Walmart deli, I can sympathize with burned out, stressed employees, but after being patient with such poor service, finding an incomplete meal was the straw that broke the camel 's back. I won 't be coming back to this location."

"Horrible service! Waited in drive through for 25 minutes. The employees were joking around, laughing and definitely not taking their job seriously. Everyone had to repeat their order, the lobby was closed for door dash pickup. Food didn?t feel fresh and warm in the bag. Had to deliver to customers later with cold food. This isn?t just affecting your business at this point, it?s affecting door dash and its workers."

"Did an Ubereats and the order was perfect. Bought lunch for the crew. All tje burgers and fries were still hot upon delivery. One of the fuys thinks he's going to lose same weight and ordered a salad. It actually looked really good for a salad... Still, he was sad the he didn't get a burger. Order was fast and the Uber guy, Zach was awesome. Great job by everyone involved."

"We went to lunch at 12:30 on Saturday. it is a fairly small restaurant (approx. 12 tables) and there were only employees to sit guests, to take orders, to supply orders, process controls and to drive the tables. he did the best he could, but really had no time to give “service” to everyone. Eating was okay."
