Wendy's - Phoenix

So they gave me the wrong size drink which should?ve been a large as shown in the receipt. I was so tired yesterday I barely even remembered about it til after I got home 20 mins away from this location. Plus I swear I?m finding dog hair or some type of fabric in my food I don?t have a photo of it but I?ll be going today for lunch. If I do find anything I?ll be updating this review also the food was good, the fries need to be cooked fresh or something cause usually they?re cold. -6/10/21 @6:15

I had my order delivered by GrubHub. GrubHub left my frosty in 100 temp., On my porch, and didn 't even have the decency to knock. WOW how hard is it to knock. Needless to say but my first experience with a strawberry frosty, was warm and creamy. Not what I ordered. GrubHub charged me $10.67 for a melted frosty. I only had 1 delivery instruction. Knock Loudly . Wow.if GrubHub drivers can 't read how do they read street signs. This should concern everyone.

It was my first time ordering from this Wendy's. I ordered the food online for dropoff. I ordered 2 large frostys and received 2 small ones instead. Total ripoff. And they didn't put any of the 4 sauces I ordered for my fries and nuggets. I would 100% not recommend this Wendy's to anyone unless you want to be ripped off and not get what you ordered. I've never had an issue ordering from other Wendy's before. This one must have uncaring, incompetent employees or something. It's not that hard to read what people order.

This location used to be great! Recently they have a new GM and he is very bad. When you complain he gets very mean and rude. Threatened to put in a bad review and he could careless. The only good manager left is Julio!

The breakfast sandwich is way better than McDonald?s. I want to know does any location?s in Arizona do the Mystery Bag. I would love to try it. Seen it on social media and it looked amazing
