"This is the best Fatburger in Western Canada as far as I'm concerned. Prince Albert, Sk would be 2nd place. Been to Winnipeg, Regina, Calgary, Saskatoon and Edmonton. None of those compare to this location."

"Great meal! Maybe a bit pricey but as a family of five it always costs a lot to eat out. <br/ Bonnie was our server and we have had her a few times. Fantastic service. She is on top of things and always very pleasant. <br/ Food was amazing. Everyone loved their meal. Thanks for a great meal!<br/ <br/ June10/16 Lunch with the girls today and it was another great meal with great service. I had the Chopped Salad with a piece of salmon. Delish! Thanks!<br/ <br/ May 11/18 another ladies lunch out. Thanks for the great service and amazing food. <br/"

"I have to admit that this place has the best pizza in Kelowna. Perfect thickness of crust, with cheese baked to the edges, sooo good! Very consistent with their quality, have yet to have a bad order. Prices are reasonable for the quality and craftsmanship of these pies. I could write for pages about how absolutely amazing these guys are, but hey… don’t take my word for it, see for yourself!"

"Went in for hot bowl of soup,served up cold,then they microwaved it,not homemade,and was canned soup,total garbage,ripped off,12 dollars can of soup and a water,no wonder only 2 other people at lunch hour,walked over to bamboo chopsticks after that,they were packed,never again."

"We decided to try Barcelo's today for lunch. I ordered the chicken burger and my husband ordered the hamburger. The appearance of the food was very disappointing. No sauce on the burgers, just a plain, dry toasted bun. Not even any butter.A leaf of lettuce and the tiniest tomato slice possible.I ordered mine "very peri". I took one bite and gagged. The dry bun was so unappealing and the peri sauce was not hot at all. I was hoping to get a little burn. Nothing.No flavor on the chicken. Tasted very vinegary. My husbands hamburger was a plain dry bun, and a tiny slice of tomato. He didn't want lettuce. The thing that threw us off about the burger was that it was grey in color and very mushy in texture. Gross.We were so disappointed that we didn't even ask for our money back. We just left our food on the table and walked out.We had only taken just one bite and we both spat it into our napkins.Gross.I am a chef and I would be embarrassed to serve that to my worst enemy. I have Portuguese friends that would be embarrassed to have it classed as Portuguese food. We will not go back and will not recommend Barcelo's to anyone, ever."
