"The service was lackadaisical. The server did not appear to want to communicate with us. I requested a second glass of wine which was never brought to the table. She did not check on us after she dropped off the food. There appeared to be no front of the house manager. The music was very loud with an intense bass. You have to shout to have a conversation. The food was good and reasonably priced. The jalapeños toreados were cold. An odd cinnamon sugar butter was served with the dinner rolls. The steak fries were nothing special. I think they should offer toppings for the steaks, such as sautéed mushrooms, sautéed onions, or blue cheese crumbles. We had a reservation, but we were sat at two deuces pushed together, instead of a four top."

"Oh, my God, it was great. I forgot to make pictures of food. We drove around Saturday after Thanksgiving in the evening. Of course everything was full. So we chose Great American. We left our cell and waited comfortably in our vehicle about 20 minutes. We started with drinks and nachos, of which I made pictures. It took a while to serve, but that was expected. My husband and I had the rib-eye sandwich and replaced the frits with a baked potato that was very hearty. My daughter had the beer broken shrimps with fries. My son had a 16 ounce rib eye with fries and it came with beans and Coleslaw. Everything was delicious! Anthony our waiter often came to make sure we were all right and let the bread come?"

"Nice area and location with lots of variety. This location looks like it has a remodel happening. The placement of the entrance is oddly set. The front of the restaurant facing the street is actually the take out curbside delivery door, so made finding the entrance a bit cumbersome. The decor and ambiance is a modern farmhouse bistro style inside with nice nuances, but in some areas looks a bit unfinished unlike the airway location. The service was good that was provided by the waiter but the food was a bit slow to come out. Even so the food was pretty delicious. I had the brisket moist with BBQ sauce and my family had burgers. Everyone was very happy with their meals. I noticed the manager walking around, he was very selective about who he spoke with and wasn't concerned with all patrons, definitely a shortfall on his end. The food was great but service and time management is where this restaurant has an opportunity to grow and improve. Other than that it's a place I would go again, but wouldn't miss it if I didn't either, nothing made this a memorable experience."
