"Excellent customer service. steve (general manager) this situation goes beyond and beyond when it comes to customer service. sam, our waiter, was very professional and gave my wife and I a delicious lobster dinner. eating was hot and served in time. the atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant. in any case a place to bring friends, family and loved to dinate. my wife and I have always loved to go to red lobster. due to covid 19, the requirements for din have changed from time to time. it was great to be in the position in. I felt my wife and I were appreciated as customers. even if they dive out, they do not forget to tap their waiter or waiter. these workers go out of their way to make their dinning experience an unforgettable one. if they cannot leave at least 15% of the gratulation, they should perhaps stay home and serve themselves. "At Republic, you can select 3 different types of dining experiences. For a more family-friendly/business meeting, you can dine inside. Cocktail tables are available next to the bar area for anyone interested in enjoying drinks and appetizers. For a fun date night or a party with friends, you should dine outside in the patio on a Saturday night! The live music is great for dancing and singing-along! I tried the Salmon Avocado. It is grilled salmon on a bed of cilantro rice, topped with a creamy sauce of avocado, cilantro, tomato, onion and parmesan cheese, served with vegetables. It is so delicious! You can never go wrong with a cocktail at Republic! The Peach Blossom is a classic! Peaches and blueberries infuse the wine perfectly! The Serrano Margarita is refreshing with a slight kick of the chile. So good! I forgot to take a picture of the Olive Cocktail. It is off-menu, but you can request it! It is green olives in clamato, salsa Maggy and tequila with Tajin on the rim. It is perfect to eat/drink while enjoying your drink and listening to the music."
