"Quick Head’s Up for folks going to Citico’s. I saw a post from 5 months ago about a 22% service charge added to the bill. This was not inclusive of a tip so basically you would be adding anywhere from 37 to say 50% to your bill total. I thought this might have been during the height of Covid to make ends meet but upon calling Citico’s today it is still ongoing. There are many alternatives to pricing and food management than gouging customers who might dine there and be unaware of this existing policy."

"Quality food, a great place to eat where everyone knows your name! There are a good variety of menu items from vegetarian to BBQ! There's usually entertainment. And if you're invited to a party or event here, prepare to be spoiled. Lots of good choices. Food is always served fresh and fast. Step back in time at 1841 Cafe the atmosphere will take you back to yesteryear. It's just a wonderful place to be! Update to review: just are there last night and it was delicious as always. Friendly service and lots of new items to choose from. The salads, soups and sandwiches are especially good. Enjoy! (March 15, 2023)"

"The new JD's in Gamewell is pretty darn good! Ate lunch here on a Friday about 1:15pm. Their pulled pork and their chicken salad sandwiches are excellent. The fried okra, potato salad, and sweet potato crunch that we had as our sides were also really tasty. Everyone working there was very courteous, and service was quick. Can't wait to go back!"

"I love the chicken and dump top. Potatoes, ingenious Mac. Cheese, pint beans, corn bread, biscuits and unsweetened tea with lemon. My friend had a double cheeseburger who looked great and she said it tasted great. I recommend and will be back. Thanks to all employees."
