So cold in this place. Asked the staff if they could adjust the air, they said they wasn't allowed to. I think they are trying to get customers out quicker. Food was good. Waitress started taking my order and stopped to get someone's to go order and that took a lot of time. Parking: Most of the time parking is full. As someone raised in the south this was by far the best Waffle House I have ever been to! The restaurant was so clean and well managed! The staff were amazing! Our waitress Angela went above and beyond for us! And the manager Amber continued to check on us and make sure everything was perfect! I have never seen a restaurant manager check in guests and also do the work of the other staff like she did! The food was 10/10! So good and flavorful! Again, hands down the best Waffle House I have ever been to! I live in Durham nc and I will be going to this Waffle House any time I am remotely close to it! It exceeded all expectations!
I always love being able to enjoy breakfast at any time of the day, so I appreciate that Waffle House serves breakfast all day. The food is good, the restaurant is always busy but the wait is not too long. The service is excellent, with a rating of 5 out of 5. The atmosphere is also pleasant, with a rating of 4 out of 5. I recommend trying the Biscuit and Gravy dish. The price per person ranges from $1 to $10.
Walked in to place a to go order. No one acknowledged me or said I’ll be with you in a minute. I waited there five minutes and just left. They won’t get my business. I understand them not taking to go orders over the phone as a courtesy to the dine in customers, but for someone that has drive all the way there they should have at least acknowledged me. Service: 1
