"Suuuuuuch great service! The owners are super friendly and positive and bent over backward to make us happy. The food was great too, with plenty of options to please both the vegans and meat lovers in our group, and everyone in between. Also, these were quite possibly the best Brussels sprouts I've ever had in my life! So glad we found this place!"

"Phone ordered my food so I could get in and out as soon as possible. Arrived to what I thought was in luck only one person ahead of me. I was mistaken. Even though my food was already cooked and waiting getting anyone to take payment was a problem. Was worked around by the cashier that started the transaction to accommodate other of the few people that already had their food. When I turned to talk to either the manager or the owner. I knew it would do little good to call and complain. Especially since his very unbelievable excuse that they were very busy. The restaurant was pretty much empty! Don't waste time going here.. go to Los altenos or any place other than here.. The service is non existent and the food is no longer worth it.. I'm Hispanic.. the food is now tasting like it comes out of a can..non traditional food."

"I'll go here every time for rolled tacos! My tacos are always hot and fresh with the right amount of guacamole, cheese and meat. Salsa and hot sauces are great. Jamaica was refreshing, and I recommend trying if you don't. I dropped inside for the first time and the place was clean. I didn't see any toilets."

"We went in on Taco Tuesday. There were only two guys working the front line and the back Grill. Those 2 guys were flying and doing a great job. We beat the afternoon Rush. But it didn't matter. Those 2 gentlemen held that whole line. Faster than people could call out the orders.. . I've been eating here for approximately 4 years. The food is very consistent. I know what it tastes like before I order it. Thank you very much. I will be returning"

"Got 3 rolled tacos with cheese, guacamole, and beef. Their horchata is the best in flagstaff. The guy at the counter asked what salsa I wanted, I said green and red please. He asked hot or mild red. I hesitated and said mild. Well, the mild is Amazing and the dude threw in a hot one for me to try. Great customer service!"

"I always drove past the weekends and wondered why there was always a line. The line usually made me go somewhere else. I finally gave him the chance he deserved. The restaurant has only 15-20 seats. The kitchen is literally in the dining area and it is a tight fit for everything. The food is always freshly prepared with large portions and great taste. Your Burritos are huge and filled with quite a lot of what you prefer. The great disadvantage is the service. I've eaten over a dozen times since I finally had a chance. I always take my extra-city guests here to have the great food, but I always warn them that service will be nothing big. As a rule, there is only one server that makes sense with how small a place it is, but they always run to serve all tables and are hurried when they take your orders, they will usually not be back until they deliver your food and then will not return so it is hard to have a beverage refill or salsa or any other request you need. Unfortunately, this is common in Flagstaff, it is hard to find a good service, but during my last visit they had a server I had never seen before, she had a magician of Oz Tattoo and a big bubbly personality and although she was obviously busy, she still treated every cartridge as if she were her. "
