"Wish I could give them 0 stars. We’ve been here a couple times. They’ve gotten our order wrong every time. This was the last time I will be going there. Went in the drive thru they got our order wrong again. When I went to get the order corrected I didn’t have a receipt and they would not remake my order even though I had the incorrect food with me. Finally they found the receipt and they had input the wrong food and would not remake my food without me paying the difference. When they went to charge me they charged the full amount and I had to help them DO THE MATH. The food was made incorrectly again and I just left. Will not be going to backyard taco after their horrible customer service ever again."

"Rubio's is doing a great job at providing fresh tasting, quality food to the community. I enjoyed my visit here, the area was clean, and everyone behind the counter looked like they cared about giving quality service to their customers. It was my 1st time trying their food and I was pleased I did, it satisfied every craving I had for some fish and nachos. I ordered the fish burrito and loaded nachos and I couldn't wait to sink my teeth in the burrito (as you can tell from the bite taken in the pic.. lol) the flavoring and seasoning was perfect, the portion was just right. The nachos were good, the toppings were fresh and not overbearing my only problem is that I placed the order and specified no guacamole and even though the receipt says no guacamole it was still added.. but nonetheless I still enjoyed it... great place to get a nice burrito and I recommend Rubio's to anyone looking to feed that burrito crave"

"I've been here before. I've never had my orders messed up. if they are busy, it can wait a bit until their number is called, but that comes with healthy sense. the salsa bar is good and it's all they can eat (they have to buy chips) the device was clean, in the time I was. I have noticed that they dogs on the terrace only fall (I think in) it is quite loud there when busy and not sitting enough inside. look at the place!"

"I grew up around this area and went to Mesquite High so my family and I would frequent this location often on late nights after practice or work and it was always amazing and delicious.After I graduated high-school I moved out of state fir school and I recently moved back to the area a few months ago and I decided to go with my spouse and bestfriend and let me tell you when I took a bite the it tasted better than I remembered it hit me with nostalgia. I will definitely be coming here ofte."
