"I ve lived in Princeton and US 1 area for 3+ years and this Mexican restaurant it's s been on my radar for that amount of time and I always have said to my self to go and eat there but I've postpone a visit. All that changed the dark stormy night of 6/24/2023. I saw the opportunity to go there.A decision I will always cherish. Going in, parking is easy. Once inside we were greeted warmly. Inside was medium size crowded. Our server a pretty young girl named Gretchent made our first visit very nice and helped us make a quick decision on dinner, which consisted of a mixed sizzling fajitas Tex Mex and a Seafood rice giant platter. Drinks we had House Margarita and Amber Dos Equis beer. The food and drinks are all heavenly. Couldn't ask for better. I highly recommend Puerto the Vallarta to everyone and you won't regret it .all worth it. Please support small businesses and try this Great restaurant. Thanks."

"Everything on the menu looked delightful, so I ordered the sampler. It was perfect. I got to taste their quesadillas, flautas, tamales, taco and beans. Loved my pick for lunch."

"There were so many vegan options with tofu and veggies. The owner was so friendly, I love supporting small, family run businesses. The food was EXACTLY what i wanted: protein, salad and rice. I’m not big into rice usually so I was so surprised when this rice had me going for multiple bites. I got the curry tofu (not the one with veggies). I also got a side of the slaw but it was too spicy for me."

"Apparently this location makes their own prices because my box cost $3 more than what the tacobell wesbite has it listed for. On top of that, the side chips and cheese is ALWAYS filled halfway or less. Considering how much it also went up in price and the amount I receive I feel like I'm being ripped off. This time the amount of chips I received was very little (look at my photo) it's very disappointing."

"One of the many solid Mexican dining places here in Homestead. Authentic menu, taste, and preparation. Guacamole was phenomenal. Service was okay. Chips not complimentary. Prices were a bit steep for the modest portions $10 for a “large” guacamole that was more on the small side)"
