We had our grandson with us and Theresa treated him respect and listened to him as if he was the only person talking. Her politeness and enthusiasm made tonight perfect in every way. "I love it because it is close, convenient, and fast. I think it is the tastiest of the Mexican fast food restaurants. Also they are constantly adding new menu items so the food never gets to be old hat. The prices are reasonable and all of the staff are professional and very pleasant. They will also let you order old favorites no longer on the menu which for me is the..... Mexi Melt. So yummy!"

"Here we go. Over the past year, every experience I have had at the lake havasu city chipotle has been so far below standard that it’s truly embarrassing. First of all, the service is terrible. It feels like a bunch of 5th graders working under absolutely no supervision. They repeatedly make mistakes, lose online orders, and do nothing to “make up for” these shortcomings. As for the food: They are constantly out of main items such as beans, chicken, and steak… And don’t seem to realize that they are out of said items until you are literally in line asking for them. If the chips aren’t stale and salt-less, they are greasy, undercooked, and soggy. The thought of spending another dime there disgusts me almost as much as the burnt rice."

"Pork chop, sea bass, ribs, shrimp tacos...all great. Very interesting cocktail menu. White Linen was super tasty except for all the tiny cucumber seeds! Yummy desserts as well. Our waiter Brian was fantastic. This was our third visit since the new menu and we will definitely be back."
