"The best thing at Tortuga is the mole! The vegetarian items are clearly labeled and can easily be made vegan. My favorite is the combo platter, where you can select two or three items with various combinations. Vegetarian options for the fillings are refried black beans, refried pinto beans, guacamole, sauteed vegetables, and cheese everything but the cheese is vegan. On most items, you can get green sauce, red sauce, or mole. The mole is AMAZING, but I normally can only handle one item with mole because it is INTENSE! Another awesome option is the Village Veggie Sampler, which has a vegetable flauta, guacamole enchilada, and bean burrito. It might be weird to comment on the bathroom, but every time I go in there I am shocked at how clean and extremely pleasant it is. I think that paying that kind of attention to the bathroom is a good sign about the overall quality of the restaurant. The food here is incredible. I have never left there feeling anything other than delighted and full. Updated from previous review on 2017 05 11"

"This was our second time dining here. The fish is the best we have ever had. It is fresh and perfectly prepared. We had Icelandic cod, blackened Florida mahi mahi, grilled shrimp and mixed grill (barramundi and steelhead salmon). The vegetables were also perfect (broccoli, Brussel sprouts, baked sweet potato). Be sure and bring your own wine or beer (no corkage) as they do not serve alcohol but welcome guests bringing it in. The atmosphere is casual-nice."

"This place always has huge parts like the old school sites... Anyway, we make the longer ride to this place and have the best Mexican fast food. The meat curritos are with lots of meat and everything is usually very generous portions. Formed, meat Burrito half eaten and still full of meat... and chili cheese afteros."

"Had high hopes for the California Burrito but sad to say it didn't live up to the expectation. The presentation is very poor and the chicken is extremely dry. Chips and salsa are great but one can't expect to get full off of that. Threw both burritos out after tasting the first one. #waste"
