"I asked them to add Avocado to my Classic Chicken Burritos, they added Guacamole. That's ruined the whole taste. They need to know how to listen to the customer orders better, and also to know what's the difference between Avocado and Guacamole."

"Would not recommend this taco bell for the accuracy, as over the half of the time I order it or go to pick it up it yourself, forget one or more objects, sosse, serviettes, or even the product, as desired as highest for example. I would say that the times I have received good service are far and little between now but if they can put my order right, everything looks well done, just does not happen here often, even if it is not busy, which is very disappointed. I just have to go to the Sac state taco bell or the one in Arden, as I usually do not ask this question with the taco bell it is just more than the bradshaw and less comfortable."

"I ordered and then proceeded to have to wait for close to half an hour. They were very busy, so I didn't want to bother them, but it is likely partially my fault for not checking in sooner. They made my order, but it was never handed off to me. Someonewho I believe was the manager remade it, but the only apology I received was from the person at the window who had no part in myorder to start with. The manager dipped as soon as my food was handed off. They also did not give me the doritos locos tacosupreme I paid 80 more cents for. I know its only 80 cents, but still. I've given this specific location multiple chances, andsomething always goes wrong somehow. This however was much worse and I do not think I will be returning to this location."

"I don?t even know where to start. I ordered Carne Asada fries but vegetarian and they gave me meat instead. They gave me two bags of chips with no salsa, but luckily I had some at home and also gave me a bean and cheese burrito that looks like something off the kids menu. I asked the girl who took my order if everything correct in the bag, she definitely lied. I shouldn?t have to travel back to a restaurant because they don?t know what their doing!! Next time I?ll just travel further to get good customer service."

"Stopped by on a Sunday around 2:30pm. Had about a 30 minute wait. Staff was friendly, food was good! Nothing different than the normal Sacramento taqueria vibe besides the location being in downtown. Would come back if I?m in area don?t mind the wait time."
