"The sweeties part of the afternoon tea was quite horrible, just like home made £10 quality and experience but charging at £35 service charge. Texture of the scone is very disappointing too. Overall, the worst afternoon tea experience so far...Very sad..."

"Restaurant was excellent staff superb and good scoff...they get 5 stars....bar staff? 1....stood at the bar waiting to order....was ignored in favour of a customer that came to the bar after us to our left....then seconds later the same happened when someone stood to our right. I grew up a publicans son....staff should be aware of who is next to be served. Probably would have helped if we had QPR shirts on....like they did. If you are not a regular my advice is to not go in on match days... for a drink anyway !!"

"When we came to the resturant the first time the food was very nice but this second time the food was very poor. The Nachos chips was cold, the chicken was overcooked. The fish sandwich had more batter than fish and the chips was cold. It seemed as if the food was cooked then left so our experience wasn't the best this second time."

"The Fest Restaurant and Bar is really more of a pub don't go expecting anything restaurant like! There's no table service, and the tables are long with benches, meaning sharing tables is likely if it's busy. However, the food was good and it was a relaxed atmosphere, so if it's a pub lunch you're after, then this is a good option."
