"My heart and tummy are so happy after having a scrumptious brunch here! They were low on staff because of the long weekend but the lady served us so well and she customized my smoothie, which was just PERFECT in conjunction with the power bowl. Super happy and would highly recommend for everyone to grab a bite here!"

"We went for lunch and the coffee was fresh and delicious. My brother had a cheeseburger said it was delicious. I had the jackfruit burger (never had jackfruit before) and it was amazing (still can't stop thinking about it)."

"Fantastic, eclectic plant-based menu and exceptional cocktails (thank you Martyn). The staff are highly personable and the ambiance is cool. Definitely check Nourish out…it’s a happening place in Banff for good reason!"

"My friends and I visited this restaurant in Banff after taking a dip in the “Banff Upper Hot Springs.” The restaurant is a bit on the small side but luckily they were able to seat our party of 7. When it comes to the All You Can Eat menu it is has very limited choices. The service was good, the staff greeted us coming in and leaving the restaurant, as well as checking with us to make sure we received our orders and to see if we were ready to order more. The sushi tasted pretty good, tempura was good and the chicken wings were good too. Rice tasted fresh, salmon was average, avocado and cucumbers tasted fresh as well. However for $35 a 15% gratuity fee (party of 6 or more) $43, I think the price for the selection of items was pretty surprising. The food was about what you would expect from a sushi restaurant, but they didn’t have anything special to set them aside from a sushi restaurant elsewhere. If the prices were lowered, this would be a great place to eat at regularly. If you have a bigger group or plan to eat during a busy time like the lunch rush it would be best to plan ahead and make reservations."
